Weekly Staff Meeting — Standing Agenda
Attendees: Rich Guy, Arif Murshed, Akshay Shelke, Sunking Kang, Darshan Shivakumar
Cadence: Weekly
Duration: ~45 minutes
1. Safety / Compliance (2 min)
- Quick check — any open items (training, travel safety, etc.)
2. Supplier Escalations & Quality (10 min)
- Active quality issues (Stanley M12, Duroshox, etc.)
- NCRs and cost recovery items
- Anything needing Rich's intervention with a supplier
3. Project Roundtable (15 min)
Each person: top 1-2 updates on their lead projects. Flag blockers — what do you need from Rich or cross-team?
- Arif: Fastener sourcing, Meishan, Gabriel, TD units, consumables strategy
- Akshay: Yihua LOI, IRA credits, India second sources (PMEA/Kova), tariff/LCA
- Sunking: Slew drives, Suspa qual, China trip planning, CO2 reduction
- Darshan: Gabriel India/MX, damper supply
4. Negotiations & Commercial (10 min)
- Active RFXs, amendments, GBAs in flight
- GPL approvals pipeline
- Pricing/cost reduction progress vs targets
5. Lookahead (5 min)
- Upcoming supplier visits, QBRs, trips
- Deliverables due to Yves/Prashant in the next 2 weeks
6. Stall Scan (5 min)
Review commitments tracker for items aging past thresholds:
- Red (>30 days): Why is this still open? Decide: escalate, kill, or set hard deadline
- Yellow (14-30 days): Is this on track or drifting? Owner states next concrete action + date
- Watch: Any item where an external party (supplier, Finance, legal) is waiting on us
Quick check per person:
- Akshay: Yihua, Fator, PMEA, IRA credits, Volume Commit
- Arif: Supplier pipeline, contract approvals, tier pricing, ADD cost, Kingston
- Sunking: Safe Harbor, KMI warranty, China trip itinerary
- Darshan: Gabriel India pricing roadmap, Duroshox resolution
Rule: If an item has been "next week" for 2+ weeks, it gets a hard date or gets escalated.
7. Action Items Review (3 min)
- Review carryover items from last week
- Capture new items
